A short piece on Lymore Gardens player, club legend, and the Essex Alliance Football League Senior Division’s top goalscorer so far this season, Dylan Roberts:

Dylan Roberts is a quality and very consistent footballer, for Lymore Gardens of the Essex Alliance Football League Senior Division. Dylan Roberts has been with Lymore Gardens since the very beginning, and he is a real club legend, who has been a real part of the club’s journey, so far, in the Essex Alliance Football League. A versatile forward, who can play in a number of positions in forward areas, Dylan has been in outstanding form for Lymore Gardens, so far this season, as they continue to challenge for the Senior Division title. He has so far scored 24 goals, and provided 11 assists, from 23 competitive appearances in all competitions. Dylan scored a hat-trick against Haringey Borough Under 23s, in December, and, the level of his performances has been outstanding during this season, helping a very good Lymore Gardens side challenge for the league title.

Dylan’s close ball control, pace when going forward with the ball in in forward areas, and his clinical finishing, are some of his greatest attributes. However, Dylan is without doubt one of the most creative players in the Senior Division of the Essex Alliance Football League, and his outstanding consistency over the years, for his team, is so impressive. Furthermore, Dylan is very unpredictable when dribbling with the ball, and he must be such a difficult player to defend against. Lymore Gardens are currently eight points behind Senior Division leaders Philip United, in the league standings, with two games in hand over them. And Lee Benjamin and Javel Green’s side will still believe that they can catch the league leaders, in the remaining games of this season. Dylan Roberts is an outstanding player, who links up really well with his teammates and other top players in this Lymore Gardens team, such as Munnir Saad, Malik Donaldson, and Alex Coster, and I wish him and his team all the very best for the rest of this season.
