A piece on FC Baresi forward Omosheni Oshodi-Atinmo:

Omosheni Oshodi-Atinmo is a player for FC Baresi, who is currently in his first season with the club who play their football in the Thurlow Nunn League First Division South (step 6). Omosheni scored a very impressive 23 goals from 29 competitive appearances for his previous club Jolof Sports, last season (2024/25). The forward who can play off either flank or as a centre-forward, and who used to play for Hendon at youth level, is now in his mid 20s. However, after a couple of really good seasons spent with Jolof Sports in the Premier Division of the Middlesex County Football League, this season is Omosheni’s first at step 6, for FC Baresi.

The forward who scored his first goal for FC Baresi in their most recent league fixture (against Hutton), is a player who always really impressed me, whenever I saw him play for Jolof Sports. A highly creative player with the ball, Omosheni is direct and unpredictable when going forward with the ball, and he is a very skilful and fast player. An unselfish player both with and without the ball, his movement off the ball and pressing, is very effective. And in regard to his movement off the ball, it’s Omosheni’s clever runs from out wide and in to more central positions in behind of the opposing team’s defence, which makes him a very difficult player to defend against, along with his quality on the ball. However, he is also a very clinical finisher inside of the penalty area, as he showed for Jolof Sports.

Omosheni is a player who over the course of the 2025/26 season, will improve FC Baresi, adding both goals, assists and quality in the final third.
