Brimsdown’s excellent league form continues. A short piece:

Brimsdown FC are currently on a 15 league game unbeaten run, after they came back from 2-0 down against Lymore Gardens on Wednesday evening, to win that Thurlow Nunn League First Division South fixture 3-2. This is Brimsdown manager Emmanuel N’Daw’s (he has a lot of experience as a player in football, and he is also an academy coach) first season in charge of step 6 side Brimsdown, along with his coaching staff. What they have built so far, with a very youthful squad of players, is very impressive.

Brimsdown are currently in third place in the Thurlow Nunn League First Division South standings, after 20 league matches played. Since losing 3-2 at home to Clapton Community, having been 2-0 up in that game back in August, Brimsdown have gone on an incredible run in the league. The very good Matas Machovas is their current top goalscorer, with 18 goals in all competitions so far this season, but it has been a real team effort from Brimsdown, so far this season.

Brimsdown showed real character to get the win against an excellent Lymore Gardens side, with Taylan Kilinc, Emmanuel Olasehinde and Kwasi Amoah, just some of their players who have been excellent so far this season. But, to emphasise, it is Brimsdown as a team, who are going on to achieve great things in the league this season. I personally think, from the Brimsdown games that I’ve seen so far this season, that they are one of the best footballing sides in their league. I wish Brimsdown all the very best for the remainder of the season.
