Filip Chalupniczak is a very good goalkeeper in non-League football, for step 6 Combined Counties Football League Division One side PFC Victoria London. From Koźmin Wielkopolski, in Poland, the 24 year old goalkeeper already has a lot of experience in football. Having been at teams such as Sutton United and Torquay United, Filip had previously played for Hanwell Town and on occasions PFC Victoria London, during their time in the Middlesex County Football League.
A brave goalkeeper with very good athleticism and reflexes, Filip would go on to play for non-League teams such as Dulwich Hamlet, Whitehawk and Chipstead, before joining PFC Victoria London, a club with roots in London’s Polish community, during last season (2024/25). Filip, along with other very talented goalkeepers, such as Milan Czerwonka, has done really well for PFC Victoria. And the Combined Counties Football League Division One side (step 6) are currently in the play-off positions, doing ever so well in their second season at this level of non-League football.
Personally, I think that Filip is a very good all-round goalkeeper. Confident, vocal and commanding inside his penalty area, he is very reliable in goal, and also very capable of making superb reflex saves, as well as doing an effective job as a sweeper keeper. Having made 17 appearances (he has also provided one assist), Filip will continue to be a crucial player for PFC Victoria during the remainder of this important season for the club, as they look to secure a play-off spot, and I certainly wouldn’t rule them out of winning promotion to step 5, for next season.
As a team PFC Victoria have a great squad of players, with a good balance of youth and experience within their squad. I wish PFC Victoria and Filip all the very best for the rest of this season.
