There was one midweek fixture taking place in the Middlesex County Football League Premier Division last week. That fixture took place at Brunel University Sports Complex, between Eagles Land Cricklewood and Harrow United. In what was Eagles Land Cricklewood’s first competitive fixture of the season, in an eventful second half of football, Harrow United would win this game 6-1. On Saturday afternoon Camden United would record a good 3-0 away win over Kensington Dragons, courtesy of goals from Matheus Santana who got two goals, and one goal from Mohammed Al Nashi.

Also on Saturday afternoon, goals from FH Whistlers players Sam Aran and Efraim Odette Difuanmna-Ngungi helped the Brentham Club based side to a point, in their 2-2 draw with Larkspur Rovers. It was a good week for Harrow United, who recorded their second win in four days, by beating Hayes & Yeading B 5-2. And, at Northwood FC, Hayes & Hillingdon and Wood Lane would play out a 1-1 draw. At Harrow Weald Recreation Ground Kodak (Harrow) would win 4-0 against Indian Gymkhana Club, with LBS Lions also recording a home win, 2-0 against Apollo London at Gunnersbury Park Sports Hub. Finally, Stonewall won again, with a good 3-2 home win over Explorers in east London.

This week on Saturday afternoon, my highlighted league fixture of the week is the Hilltop Reserves versus Hammersmith & Kensington Town fixture, as the Division One season starts for season 2026/27. That Division One Central fixture promises to be a very good quality game of football, at Harris Lowe Academy.
