A preview of CSM London’s first ever game at the Terence McMillan Stadium, this Saturday afternoon:

At 2pm on Saturday afternoon, step 7 side CSM London will play their first ever match at their new home, the Terence McMillan Stadium, as they face Vallance FC in a league fixture. An Essex Alliance Football League Senior Division side, CSM have made great progress in recent years, after the club was founded in 2018. A real community club in east London, CSM greatly deserve this opportunity to play at the Terence McMillan Stadium, which will hopefully give them the platform to go up the leagues, and into step 6 in the near future.

Will Brobby’s talented CSM first team have made a good start to their league season, and they face another east London side in Vallance on Saturday, who won promotion to the Senior Division at the end of last season. Vallance have six points from their first five league matches of this season, and this should be a good game of football, I’m sure. CSM will be ground-sharing the historic Terence McMillan Stadium with step 6 Thurlow Nunn League First Division South side London Fennecs, a club that I also know well, and who I always wish well.

I will definitely be in attendance on Saturday to write a match report, on what will be a big day for CSM London. Hopefully there will be a good crowd at this game. And credit must go to all associated with the club in helping CSM to take this next step in their non-League footballing journey.
