Starting off with this Tuesday evening fixture between Larkspur Rovers and Kodak (Harrow), at Lord Halsbury Playing Fields. And, Kodak would record their first win of the season thanks to goals from Mikkel James and Kye Shelley-McPherson (x2), helping them to a 3-2 away win over Larkspur. On Wednesday evening at Brunel University Sports Complex, Harrow United’s first league fixture of the season ended in a 2-0 home win over FH Whistlers. Raphael Garrett and Derenik Grigorian got Harrow United’s goals.

The Saturday league’s top goal-scorer from last season (2025/26), in Liam Walford, got a hat-trick in Friday evening’s Premier Division fixture against Indian Gymkhana Club, as Hayes & Hillingdon won that match at Northwood FC, 9-0. At Broadfields Sports Ground, Harrow United recorded their second league win of the week, with a 3-2 away win over Apollo London, on Saturday afternoon. Kodak (Harrow) also recorded their second win of the week, with a 4-1 away win over Hayes & Yeading United B.

Larkspur Rovers and Camden & Islington United would play out a 1-1 draw, also on the Premier Division on Saturday afternoon. However, the win of the weekend, was surely FH Whistlers’ 8-1 away win over LBS Lions, at Gunnersbury Park Sports Hub. For the recently promoted side, Efraim Oddete Difuanmna-Ngungi (x4), Sam Aran (x2), Matthew Cordell, and James Mullaly got their goals. Finally, Leon Louis’s Camden United side made it two wins from two, with an impressive 4-0 away win over Stonewall. Matheus Santana (x3) and Elias Moreno got the north London club’s goals at West Ham Memorial Ground.

This coming week, my highlighted Middlesex County Football League fixture of the week is the LBS Lions versus Sporting Duet Premier Division fixture, at Club Des Sports on Thursday evening. That promises to be an interesting game.
